How does Esprezo work?

Esprezo is simple to naviate and operate and allows you to prepare a live presentation within moments. This takes at most three simple steps:

1. Upload your presentation slides on the Esprezo server only once
2. If necessary, plan a presentation event
3. Hold presentation

In order to be able to hold a presentation, you need to save the necessary slides to the Esprezo server. To do that, you simply upload your slides in PowerPoint, Impress or PDF file format and enter the corresponding meta-data - description and keywords for the slides. This action needs to be taken only once because afterwards, your slides are saved directly on the Esprezo server and stay there until you decide to discard them.

The actual presentation in front of an audience takes place within the scope of a "presentation event". Events can be scheduled beforehand by setting a start point in time and, if invitation-only, by creating a participant list. If desired, your invited participants can be informed about the event via e-mail. A link in the invitation e-mail allows your participants to join the presentation with one mouse click.

An alternative to a planned presentation event is the "now-presentation" (also known as "Ad-hoc presentation"). This form of presentation requires absolutely no planning. You simply start the presentation and disclose the indicated event number to your desired participants per e.g e-mail or telephone. This feature allows you to hold a spontaneuos presentation for your clients within seconds.

When you start a presentation, a single window with Flash application opens, in which you conduct your entire presentation.
